Patty is a top notch professional. My father was battling cancer and was being cared for in a rehabilitation home. Thus making it necessary to sell his home. Patty had been my fathers agent when he purchased the property. She handled the sales campaign with a finesse that is not often seen in other agents. Since I lived out of town and was visiting my father every day while staying at this property, her suggestions for the sale and the correct price to list it for led to it selling on the first day it was listed. Can I say anything more? I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This was a sale conducted from the Philippines. Patty provided sound recommendation which made for a smooth process. The toughest thing was searching through endless listing until the right home was found by my wife and I and accepted by the seller. This was done from long distance. Patty dealt with our offers diligently though the time difference was 12 hours. Highly recommend her.
