Seller reviewShe is the best. She is very helpful and understanding. I would hire her again and recommend her to others. I am so glad I chose her. She goes out of her way to do everything possible in the sale of your home. Since I have a lot of medical issues she was so helpful with a lot of other things also. I have had many agents over the years but Patty Bolin is the best I have ever had. In my book she gets an A plus. The house was sold in less then a week.

Seller reviewPatty is a top notch professional. My father was battling cancer and was being cared for in a rehabilitation home. Thus making it necessary to sell his home. Patty had been my fathers agent when he purchased the property. She handled the sales campaign with a finesse that is not often seen in other agents. Since I lived out of town and was visiting my father every day while staying at this property, her suggestions for the sale and the correct price to list it for led to it selling on the first day it was listed. Can I say anything more? I would highly recommend her to anyone.
