Pat was born and raised in Mill Valley where she grew up riding her horses on Mt. Tamalpais. Upon graduating from Marin Catholic High School, Pat attended College of Marin and went to work for San Rafael Police Department as a Community Service Officer. Upon moving to Rohnert Park, Pat went to work for Pisenti and Brinker CPA's as an assistant to the managing partner. Pat was married in 1979 and has proudly made Rohnert Park home since.
Pat is an Associate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Fine Homes Specialist, Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is the current chair of the North Bay Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and is frequently called upon to sit on Realtor conduct hearings.
A 2004 - 2008 Member of the Board of Directors of the California Junior Miss Program, in 2002, Pat won the "Ralph Jones Humanitarian Award" for the Rohnert Park - Cotati Chapter of Realtors®. In 2000, Pat was "Chairman" of the North Bay Association of Realtors® and in 1996 and again in 2011, she was "Realtor of the Year" for the Rohnert Park - Cotati Chapter of Realtors. In 1989, Pat was the "First Year Outstanding Sale Associate" for Prudential California Realty in Santa Rosa.
A Realtor® since 1989, Pat is a consistent Top Producer. On December 1, 2010, Pat joined CENTURY 21 Classic Properties. In 2011, Pat earned company awards in recognition of her "Outstanding Pinnacle Commitment to Quality Service and Dedication to Customer Satisfaction." She also earned recognition for "Consistent High Production, Quality Service and Dedication to Century 21." While with Prudential California Realty Pat earned Prudential Real Estate's "Chairman's Circle Gold Award". This award is given to the top 3% of Prudential Real Estate's Sales Professionals Nationwide. Pat is also an active Rotarian and past President of the Rotary Club of Rohnert Park Cotati.
Pat is also Past President of the Santa Rosa 99's "International Organization of Women Pilots." committed to serving her community, Pat is currently studying Spanish to better assist her clients.

Buyer reviewOn a scale of 1 to 10 we would give Pat Miller a score of at least 15. These are our 3rd and 4th transactions with Pat. She's phenomenal! Very caring, kept us up to date frequently, extremely organized and often one step ahead of the progress. We would NOT consider anyone else as our agent! Pat's assistant, Dominique Samson, was also excellent to work with. We enjoyed our dealings with her! She is a great asset for Pat. We would have to say that each of our transactions with Pat were made nothing but easy due to Pat's care and that of her staff. And, we forgot to mention that "Efficiency" is Pat Miller's middle name. Every i was dotted, every t was crossed perfectly. We will be recommending her to our friends and family!

Seller reviewI can't say enough about how much I appreciate the professionalism and personal care provided to myself and family by Pat and Tim Miller during the sale of our family's real estate property. I believe that Pat and Tim did an excellent job of marketing and advertising the property and obtained top dollar value for the property at a time that was sometimes difficult for our family during a contentious estate sale. They also provided staging at their own expense and handled difficult situations with professionalism and understanding. I really appreciate the due diligence and determination Pat exhibited and willingness to help and answer questions, provide solutions to problems that arose, and walk us through all the steps necessary to get the necessary inspections and conditions resolved to get the sale approved. Pat was always available on a moments notice and quick to respond to issues or difficult family situations. I want to thank Pat and Tim for working so hard and not giving up when others may quit in situations that could prove challenging or discouraging. But Pat and Tim really came through for us and through their patience and understanding we got the home sold in the best possible price and outcome for our family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
