Patricia was put in an unusual position trying to help us to find and purchase a home from 2000 miles away. She worked very close with our family to show properties, answer our questions and to hear and understand our concerns. When it came down to making an offer, Patricia listen to my reasoning and wrote up the offer accordingly, which was quickly accepted. Patricia and the team from Advantage Century 21 were mush more help than I expected, but hoping for, and they came through. I would highly recomend anyone looking for a home in Kentucky, to reach out to this team and give them a try, you should not be disappointed.
