Buyer reviewPatti O'Donnell is an agent that is always available. Of course, they're are times when you call, it goes to voicemail, however, she calls back with in a few minutes. Patti was scheduled to be on vacation at the tail end of our process but she was never out of reach. I felt very guilty about contacting her while she was on vacation but she always assured me that I may call her anytime. Patti never made me feel like I was interrupting her and I was never rushed. She even came back from vacation early just to be there with us during the settlement. I would absolutely recommend this Broker and Agent to anyone who wishes to deal with someone who really cares about what you want and will go over and beyond to make that happen.

From the deposit and how it was handled to her timely scheduling of inspections and the negotiating of contracts. We had an issue with selling our home which held up buying this home and Patti kept us up on everything and helped us straighten out the problem.
