Seller reviewPat Patton was a joy to work with. The house that she was tasked with selling was in disrepair and needed some serious attention. She spent many hours guiding the repair and dressing up of the house and only focusing on high impact jobs. The entire sale process occurred as COVID-19 was unfolding, and having Pat at hand helped alleviate much of the added stress of trying to sell a home during a pandemic.
