We had heard of Patricia Taylor from the person who appraised our old house in Connecticut, who was moving down to Conway also. He told us she was terrific and really knew the area, listened to what he and his wife wanted and was able to get them the home they wanted. We said that was the person we needed and I then emailed Patricia and it all started from there. We made arrangements to fly down from CT to meet with Patricia to view some houses. She was very friendly, welcoming and due to the emails we exchanged, knew exactly what we wanted. She was amazing taking us to view the homes we agreed to, taking care of us to tell us the pros and cons of each property, taking the time to talk to us to make sure the house we chose was the right one for us. My husband and I do not know what we would have done, coming to a new State, not knowing anyone here. But thankfully we had Patricia she was our angel looking over us for every step of this process, which at times was scary, but she got us though it and because of her, we have this beautiful home which we love!!! We feel that Patricia is a part of our family now. What can I say about Patricia that I have not already said. We will highly recommend her to any one we know if they want to move here from CT. She is a joy to be around and is always there for us when we needed her. She is thoughtful, kind, considerate and now, quite possibly one of our most precious friends ever. She is truly wonderful!!!!!! When we first met with Patricia at the Century 21 Boling & Associates, everyone was so friendly and considerate. It was the same way when we called the office to speak with Patricia. Staff was Excellent!!!!! Like I said before it was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!

Patricia was patient as we looked at other houses. She understood my requirement and stayed focused on meeting that requirement. She is very personable and makes you feel as if you have known her for years. If you want a GREAT AGENT then Patricia is the agent you want to have.

From beginning to end , in my opion, was a "textbook" transaction. A truly caring agent. We really did not have contact with other personnel in her office other than telephone information. We really did not need to deal with any of her office personnel as Patricia handled everything from her end. Ms Patricia Taylor was The BEST! All the things my wife and I expected from Trish and more. Without her advice and expert guidance this purchase never would have happened. Once we made an offer we had to return home so 90 percent of this transaction had to be accomplished at "arms length" and she had to e mail and stay in touch by phone. Everything went smoothly and any potential problems were handled in an unobtrusive manner. A true professional! She really went over every line of the contract and gave us a copy and made sure any changes were legally acceptable and correct. She answered all of our questions. She also followed up to make sure the closing was ready.

Patricia Taylor is an excellent Broker! Full of knowledge, experience and truly goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care and all needs and wants are met!!!! There is no other Broker better in this business. Patricia Taylor is the ONLY Broker for all our Real Estate needs!!! All we can say is EXCELLENT! Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful and having a Broker like Patricia Taylor truly puts your mind at ease. What ever needs to be taken care or if an issue comes up she is on it instantly! You know that she has other clients but she takes care of you like your the only one!!! Patricia is not afraid to think outside the box and is very resourceful!!!!!! Patricia Taylor is the BEST!!!
