I would definitely recommend using Patricia Zito as your realtor in New Jersey. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. I was blessed to have Patty - who understood that I was 90 minutes away in Brooklyn and without a car - so we had to work around my friend's trips to Jersey in order to see homes. She would e-mail me" homes for sale" so I could see pics and details and then make appointments for us to see the most in the limited time I had. She also was very understanding if I wanted to re-visit homes for a second time. Her knowledge and patience guided me to the perfect home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was a very hard thing for me to do - and yet I looked forward to seeing Patty every time. I could not get back for another 10 days - and when I asked her if we could go back to see 2 homes - she gladly took me as always. I bought that condo, and I have Patty to thank. Patty was there for me every step of the way. As soon as I told her I wanted this house but did not think I could afford it - she negotiated with seller to get us to a price I could afford. She was the liaison between myself and my lawyer (who was too busy to even talk to me) and truly the only reason I made it through to the closing with any understanding of what I was signing. She handled the deposit and getting me the inspection. She advised me on how to move forward on the negative points found on the inspection report - her knowledge and experience were a godsend. Patty is an excellent realtor and a genuinely good, kind, friendly person. A pleasure to work with and a joy to know.
