Called the century 21 office because I was looking at a specific house and I was sent to Patrick. We talked about my needs and what I was looking for and the problems I may have had and he told me to just take a look around Margate to make sure this was the place and this was the house(s) you wanted to buy. He was very nice and polite helped us in every way He was a great realtor and I would recommend him to anyone He always returned my calls (texts) within minutes never forgot about me was always on top of everything closing was smooth he made the process easy even though we had a few bumps in the road, Thanks Patrick

Zillow review...... I had the opportunity of working with Patrick recently when I was given the task of selling my elderly parent's principal residence. For me, this was a difficult task alone because I live hours away and didn't know how I could possibly oversee every facet of this journey. I could only hope this would end well. Upon meeting Patrick we discussed the routine issues of selling a home as I would have expected. When Patrick learned that I could not actively participate in all matters that might arise, such as resolving home inspection issues, he immediately indicated that he would handle this. This was a great comfort to me. I never would have thought that a reasonable home inspection could lead to quite so many repairs. Whereas my ignorance had me think that scheduling repairs would be a matter of one phone call, Patrick knew better. He took control of contacting for, and coordinating repairs, while always seeking my approval on cost. And he knew that contractors, being a difficult species, would deviate as a normal course of business (tardiness, no-showing and overcharging). He kept me informed throughout this process, calling often, and was very respectful of my time. Patrick handled many other things during this process in the background to make my life easy such as negotiating with the buyer's agent on matters that arose (cost sharing, disagreements, etc.), sharing or sugarcoating as necessary to keep emotions at bay. He was energetic, creative, professional and considerate. For these reasons and more, I must say that I was very lucky to have been paired with Patrick. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Patrick and can honestly say that I highly recommend him to anyone reading this.

Patrick Kasenenko works very well with his clients. He gives them all the information they need as to what he will do and what they can do to successfully sell their house. At times Patrick will go above and beyond to get the job done. He also knows how to read people which is a good trait in his line of work. Worked with Patrick finding retals for the past two summer and liked working with him. Just purchased a beach condo and Patrick was able to help navigate the confusing process of buying a house.
