Seller reviewPatrick Kasenenko took the time to understand our reasons for selling and to really know the property. Other brokers I spoke to wanted to list the property much lower than I felt it was worth. We did not have to sell but felt the time was right due to the increase in prices over the past year and the benefits a sale - at the right price - would bring. Patrick understood what we were looking for and priced the house appropriately. We had four very good offers within two days of listing the property. Patrick provided good advice to us, very promptly throughout the sales process. His care, attention to detail and professionalism allowed us to relax and could not have been better.

Patrick handled the contractors's scheduling and oversight, worked with the buyers' broker to keep them engaged, was present at our home when needed.
