Buyer reviewMy wife and I met him at an open house when we were starting to look at houses. While that house didn't work out for us, we were very impressed with Patrick's (1) strong understanding of the neighborhood, and (2) history working with first time home buyers and seriousness in supporting us through the home buying process. We purchased a great home, Patrick was able to provide context and action to resolve issues that arose naturally throughout the process, and we were able to close early!
