NORTH SOUTH EAST AND WEST PATTI KNOWS BEST Hi there, y'all, I'm Patti Battista with Century 21 Fountain Realty and, like most of you, I hail from several different parts of this great country of ours. I started out in the NE being born and raised in New Jersey. Then after college in Brooklyn, NY, we headed to the Philadelphia, PA area, followed by Cincinnati, Ohio. Then out to the Wild West of Denver, Colorado, where we settled for many years. I began my real estate career there and conquered the Denver area real estate market for 16 years. However, the south beckoned and here is where I'll remain. I've come to appreciate the beauty, serenity and peacefulness that the Cumberland Plateau has to offer and you will, too. We have 4 mild seasons and tons of Southern charm. I've enjoyed a successful 27 year real estate career between Denver, CO and Crossville, TN. I'm here to help you achieve your goal of finding your perfect home here in the South. In the past few years I've become more involved with our community. In 2015, I completed an eight month leadership course through the Crossville-Chamber of Commerce, which I've been a member since 2012. This year I'm starting a new adventure. I'll be volunteering with the TN Achieves program mentoring teenage girls in the county. Our job is to direct and help these senior boys and girls through the program so they can complete the scholarship requirements to further their education. I also love volunteering at the Cumberland County Playhouse. The Playhouse recently celebrated their 50th anniversary in the community and has attracted over 5 million visitors to Crossville by bringing Broadway to the Cumberland Plateau. Let's keep going another 50 years!!

Buyer reviewMany thanks to Patti for dealing with several problems connected to a semi-abandoned house. Excellent service & help on a lower price deal. Looking forward to recommending Patti for future higher priced purchases. A lady next door with big lake front house to sell, listened to me closely last night about choosing Patti. The lady also knows to avoid Mountaineer realty. Wonderful to have an agent who is kind and sensible during trouble points with termites and plumbing. Patti truly saved the deal and guided it toward closing. Thanks again. Word will get around about Patti being a really good agent. Patti was excellent because I was purchasing from Florida. Except for assistance from family I was not able to see the property until near closing time. Easy terms and not too much to negotiate except for getting access to deal with last minute broken duct and roof leak problems. Very lucky to have Patti help with a semi-distressed property in need of care before closing. Agents may not know but us buyers and sellers in Fairfield talk a lot about who to choose for future listings. Common sense and care really count. Thanks again. I'm sure every deal is unique. Many aspects of this were easy as a cash buyer, however doing it from a distance required some extra help understanding unseen elements with the property condition. I appreciated all of Patti's local knowledge and her connections with Inspectors. If anything I'd be more concerned how they feel about working with me. I have a lot of connections. Network of friends who want to buy. I also intend to buy more homes to rent or re-sell. Thanks.

Once we had settled on some properties to view, Patti went right to work...and Voila'...we were on our way to Crossville, TN. Patti is an absolute treasure!! What more can I say..?? Of the staff we encountered, there wasn't one who gave us the impression of being anyone but the most important people in their view. We were treated VERY well, and couldn't have asked for better............
