Seller reviewPatti was very responsive to my desire to sell the property. We spoke Monday and the house was sold Friday after receiving multiple offers . Communication throughout the process was excellent. Patti has a great personality and a very thorough understanding of the market. I was kept well informed throughout the sale. Overall experience could not have gone any better .

Seller reviewSince everything that was done with the property, was done by phone. First Patti's attitude and uplifting voice put me right at ease. Then her amazing patience with me. Doing this over the phone with no physical contact meant I could only know Patti through her voice and how she presented. Immediately I was at ease, knowing I could be a friend or a relative or someone she never met; which was the case. She was so concerned that I understood and knew my options, patient with repeating to me so I could understand and so reassuring. I wasn't just another property to be sold. She took in account my concerns, my emotions, helped me understand the legalities. This is a major accomplishment to be done only by phone. I'm very grateful to her on all points as this transaction and transition was so easy and also peaceful.
