Based on one phone call I knew she was the person to help me through the scary process. Patti was a rock through all of this! Her focus on this transaction and all of the little things that might have held us up made the process smooth sailing. All of my questions and concerns were dealt with easily and completely.

Seller reviewSince everything that was done with the property, was done by phone. First Patti's attitude and uplifting voice put me right at ease. Then her amazing patience with me. Doing this over the phone with no physical contact meant I could only know Patti through her voice and how she presented. Immediately I was at ease, knowing I could be a friend or a relative or someone she never met; which was the case. She was so concerned that I understood and knew my options, patient with repeating to me so I could understand and so reassuring. I wasn't just another property to be sold. She took in account my concerns, my emotions, helped me understand the legalities. This is a major accomplishment to be done only by phone. I'm very grateful to her on all points as this transaction and transition was so easy and also peaceful.
