Seller reviewIt was a pleasure working with Patti Scheid regarding my recent sale of undeveloped property. After the previous agent who I had listed the property with moved out of the area Patti called me with the good news that she had been contacted by a buyer. She walked me through the process and picked up the phone whenever I called, sometimes at the most inconvenient times! Since the sales process started over a holiday weekend and in the midst of a global pandemic it required that the closing date be extended. She immediately worked with the buyer to have that agreed to. The whole process was fairly smooth considering all of these circumstances beyond our control and I am more than happy with the results. I would definitely recommend her to potential sellers. She is a pleasant professional.
