Buyer reviewPatricia Scheid is extremely professional and personable. She goes out of her way to understand requirements and does everything to accommodate the client. During this transaction, it was necessary for Patricia to go out of town. Her absence was seamless because of her ability to continue to communicate via telephone. An agent that Aztec C-21 should be proud to have. Patricia is always willing to go the extra mile to meet requirements. With Patricia it is all about customer satisfaction. While we weren't impressed with that particular property, we felt comfortable with Patti and told her we were looking for a buyer's agent. After interviewing her at her office we knew she was the right person to represent us. We feel Patti was always there to answer our questions and act in our interest when solving problems with the seller and her agent.
