Seller reviewPatty was forthright in explaining to me my over estimating sales price expectations, but catered to my wishes. She got it sold with the subsequent lowered price (and new roof.) It sold in about 12 weeks. I was a broker for 15 years and I would use Patty again.

Patty came to us with a detailed proposal to market our property and we were under contract within days of listing with offers on our first day listed. We are so pleased to have chosen her as our realtor. Patty made us feel important and supported in each step of the process of selling our home and answered all of our questions in detail. Patty went out of her way to assist us in the sale of our home by meeting several contractors at our property while we were out of town to keep the sale of our home on pace to close.
