Seller reviewSelling a property long distance is a very complex task I would not recommend to anyone, especially if you are selling a property for the first time. With the help of Patricia Tafoya this became a very manageable process that resulted in a satisfactory sale. My house had been in the market for over 4 months when she took over. She helped manage my expectations and showed a complete understanding of the market, the area and the property. All of these was essential during the process. At some point we had to rethink our selling strategy and she helped manage the repairs that had to be done to the property and proofed excellent skills with the contractors. I had a direct line to her, could text her and call her at any time. Trust me, this gives you peace of mind when you can not be in the same city.

Seller reviewPatricia was excellent from start to finish. We we're in a corporate relocation program for work, and had multiple agents to chose from. She was heads above the competition in terms of her marketing plan and assessment of the property relative to the area. The first time we met, she came in completely prepared, knowing exactly what work we had done to the home since we purchased it a short time period before, and what the value of that work brought to the home. Her prep work prior to the open house was fantastic and laid out a great plan for us to follow. She was virtually spot on with the sales price as we received 2 contracts in 2 days following our open house and had offers to choose from. I would highly recommend Patricia for anybody looking to sell their home in the DFW area!
