She went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed, documents that were pressing, etc. Patty didn't miss a beat even when she was on vacation. Communication is key and she was on it! If i had to go through it all over again, I would buy with Patty's help. I would highly recommend her! We want to thank you Patty for being so diligent (and patient). You have no idea what your help meant to us. Excellent! Very knowledge. Excellent overall. We dealt with a few staff and all were very nice, pleasant and helpful.

Seller reviewSelling a property long distance is a very complex task I would not recommend to anyone, especially if you are selling a property for the first time. With the help of Patricia Tafoya this became a very manageable process that resulted in a satisfactory sale. My house had been in the market for over 4 months when she took over. She helped manage my expectations and showed a complete understanding of the market, the area and the property. All of these was essential during the process. At some point we had to rethink our selling strategy and she helped manage the repairs that had to be done to the property and proofed excellent skills with the contractors. I had a direct line to her, could text her and call her at any time. Trust me, this gives you peace of mind when you can not be in the same city.
