Buyer reviewPaul was very helpful throughout the process in explaining every step and providing important information in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of the area and helped us choose our home wisely. He took the extra step to ensure everything was done properly and even giving the home small finishes before delivering it to us. My husband and I were busy at work during most of the process and Paul was present in all the inspection and kept us up to date with everything. It was my first time buying a home and it went very well in great part thanks to Paul.

This was a very difficult sale as the buyers had a lender that wasn't local and Paul was the glue that held everything together. Paul's negotiation skills are excellent. You will be highly satisfied with the work he performs for you. He will make the selling of your home very easy and you will get the biggest bang for your buck. He is very honest and up front with what is required from you when selling. For example during my sale he lets us know what we could do to improve our house to make selling easier. We compiled with his suggestions and I believe we made out better because of it. He will work with you and help you add value to your home. Selecting Paul Champlin to represent us in selling our home was a blessing I would do it again and again if I had to. I would recommend Paul to all friends and family. Seller reviewPaul Champlin was chosen because of his personality! I have used him to buy a condo, sell my condo, but my first home, sell my first home, buy my second home and sell it! It gets things done and works around your schedule. I don't know how many houses he took us to look at. Some of which I had a crying baby in the back seat. If it weren't for his great performance I wouldn't of used him again and again. Since then we have stayed in contact and my kids call him uncle Paul. I would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends!!!
