Paul was always punctual, communications were done in a timely fashion and he was a pleasure to work with. I had not met him before this. I never felt uncomfortable and actually he made the whole transfer very easy and was never demanding or inconsiderate. He is very professional and went the extra mile at the close of escrow taking care of things that the seller did not want to do. I would recommend him to anyone!
