He did not waste any time on tweaking my search feed(multiple times), and was able to work with me on getting me into viewings on a tight schedule. I wish all realtors carried this level of work ethic, from the beginning to the end. Paul was there and able to guide me through the process. He let me know things I need to look out for during the closing, and guided me when I was having 2nd thoughts with the lender. His communication was very clear, he kept me informed on every step of the process and he set the bar really high for all realtors going forward.
