Seller reviewI heared about Paul from a neighbor who had sold his house with Paul as his agent after he had struggled selling his house with other agents. I also was struggling to get offers on my house with other agents so I decided to bring Paul onboard. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring for his client. He keeps in touch with his client making sure things are progressing along. He made sure to answer or return my calls in the shortest turnaround time possible. He helped me get an offer and sell my house at a fair market price which I felt comfortable with. He walked with me through every step of the way for a super smooth sale process. Simply put, Paul did what other agents failed to do. I was extremely satisfied in doing business with Paul, and will always consider Paul in my future realestate needs.

Seller reviewWe were impressed that Paul sent a flyer to the house in January. We held on to it and assessed him against other realtors when it was time to sell the house. Paul advised us on items to improve for Dearborn's Certificate of Occupancy, an appropriate listing price that solicited multiple higher bids, had enough interest to get 22 showings and four offers and the acceptance within the first 24 hours, and addressed all the negotiations and closing issues while we remained out of state. We appreciated the notice system Paul set up, so we knew when showings occurred. He kept us on target through texts and emails We were done with the sale a day after we listed because of his expert guidance. Because Paul marketed the house very well, we had a large number of showings and offers and received a higher than listed price just one day after it was listed. We are very happy with Paul's help and strong representation of us and the property.
