Buyer reviewPaul was able to arrange viewings of houses the minute I sent him the addresses. He knew a lot about the great community of Allen Park, MI, but always kept his eyes (and my options) wide open to other areas. Never lead me towards a house if it had serious problems. When we finally found the perfect house, he made moves to get my offer accepted the next morning after the viewing. Paul handled the closing process was so well, I didnt have to lift a finger. Great guy and a great realtor to have on your team.

Seller review????? Life can get infinitely more complicated when dealing with estates. Add to that a worldwide pandemic, an economic shutdown, the closing of government offices, and a lengthy stay at home order, and "complicated" becomes an understatement. Thankfully, and quite incidentally, I'd found Paul Szostek a month before the virus rocked our part of the world. From first meeting to closing, Paul guided the way. Through his kind offering of useful information and resources, the house sold quickly. Though the shutdown delayed closing, Paul seamlessly navigated both seller and buyer through uncertain times.
