Paula Cramer of CENTURY 21 Legacy

Excellent relationship with Paula Cramer who had sold us our condo three years earlier. I would not have considered using any other agent for the recent sale of this same property. Very easy to work with, very responsive to client's calls or email messages, very thorough, offers her advice when solicited by client, but respects client's opinion and wishes, not overly aggressive or pushy in her demeanor, which are personality characteristics I do not appreciate and will not tolerate. Highly recommend Paula Cramer as seller or purchaser agent. The only reason it took 5-1/2 mos. for my condo property to sell was due to difficulty for purchasers in securing financing in our condo complex for a number of reasons. Paula did an excellent job in getting qualified purchasers who made good offers on my condo. Financing was the problem in each instance, and more or less threw the property into a "pending sale" status the majority of the time it was for sale. It ultimately took a "cash" buyer to get the sale closed. Paula is an excellent and very knowledgeable real estate agent whether buying or selling property in the Smoky Mountains area. She is delightful to work with, very communicative, responsive, patient, and not pushy or overly aggressive. Had I not enjoyed working with her on the purchasing side, I would not have called her to also list our property for sale several years later. I would highly recommend Paula to any friends looking for a vacation home in the area.

We received a post card with a picture of our place on it. We saved it and when decided to sell we called Mrs Cramer. She did a great job.
