Kathi had provided excellent service when the property was originally purchased as an income property seven years ago. both Kathi amd Paula provided excellent service and support to both the seller and buyer. They were able to assist in completing the entire selling process in record time. With more than 10 purchases/sales of homes and income properties over the years, this was the smoothest and completed in record time. From final lender approval (twice delayed), closing took place in less than 48 hours. This has got to be a Guinness World Record.

In the beginning there were disappointments (thinking it would sell fast), but I soon realized and relaxed knowing that the right family would come along. And sure enough, the family came. Paula did such an incredible job with working with the clients and the family that purchased the home. It took the stress level out of selling. Paula was very professional, caring, and keep me update to date on exactly what was happening. There were never any unknowns during the process.
