We knew it might take time to find the right person to appreciate the same potential we saw in this lot when we purchased it. Paula was persistent, patient, encouraging, and optimistic, and used every tool at her disposal to present our lot's desirable aspects while at the same time not misleading potential buyers. She knew the area and the market very well and was able to use that to help us add or eliminate options in some cases before we even saw the houses. She was very professional at all times and was able to deal with a difficult situation with ease and grace. During the process she was constantly available, checking in on our needs, and following up with the other parties to make sure things were moving along smoothly. She was also able to save me money at closing by catching an error on the allocation of costs. Very pleasant to work with and did a great job of fighting to help us get the house we wanted at a fair price in a timely manner. All of which helped ease the stress of relocating from another state. It was a great experience for me and my wife in every aspect. Would definitely recommend Paula Martin to anyone needing a realtor.
