She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She is an excellent negotiator, very concerned about getting the best value for the homebuyer. We were eager to secure our dream home and willing to offer full price, but Paula encouraged us to submit a lower offer. After negotiating on our behalf, she saved us thousands off the asking price and continued getting us concessions throughout the process.
