Seller reviewPaula Pennington was available to answer all my questions and/or concerns in a timely manner. Her ethical behavior is to be modeled. Her knowledge of the industry, even for a fairly well verse average person like me - was able to teach me a few things. She was so thorough in our first meeting (even before we signed on the dotted line) made us feel that we were in reat hands. I would recommend her to my feiends and family and we would definitely work with her again.

She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She is an excellent negotiator, very concerned about getting the best value for the homebuyer. We were eager to secure our dream home and willing to offer full price, but Paula encouraged us to submit a lower offer. After negotiating on our behalf, she saved us thousands off the asking price and continued getting us concessions throughout the process. Buying a home is challenging, but having Paula as our agent made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her and truly believe she was the perfect fit for us.
