She took countless hours to sit down with me and explain the process step by step, explaining the process/importance of each component thoroughly. Every time I had a question about something, no matter how small, she was able to answer it and help me understand. Paula continually made me feel as though I was her number one priority during this entire process. She responded to any email, call, or text I sent her immediately! I never once felt as though I was being put on a back burner regardless of her other obligations. It is a very comforting feeling to be able to make a connection and know there is genuine interest in your well being with a professional.

She was our "eyes' and confidant during this process as we are in another state and weren't able to perform as "normal" buyers.
