Buyer reviewBuying and selling a home can be a very difficult task to accomplish these days with all the legalities that must be done. If you don't have the right person to guide you through them, a lot of things can be done wrong and you can get yourself in a lot of trouble. Peggy Meeker knows her business and walks you through every step very carefully so that all i's are dotted and all t's are crossed. She was always available to answer any questions we had and was very thorough in her explanations of the process that we didn't understand. If we ever have to go through this again, Peggy will definitely be the one we turn to for help. She treats you like family or even better. Thank you again, Peggy.

Seller reviewMy wife's medical condition made it so that we needed to be closer to my daughter who lived in South Carolina. It was a decision that I had to act on fast as they were releasing my wife from a nursing facility and I had to get her somewhere that I could get assistance in caring for her. I did not have the luxury of time to do proper packing and a sale. Peggy helped me with this as well. She was extremely understanding of my circumstances and assisted me in getting my home sold.
