With Peggy Terry we had an amazing experience selling our home, since we had sold a home before we knew the basics but we found the trained eye of Peggy to be a huge help in the overall sale of our home. Whenever we were wondering if we should fix this or that on the house before or during the sale, she gave excellent advise from both seller/buyer perspectives. We found her honest and forthright which is very refreshing. It is nice to be able to start a professional relationship with someone, and leave as friends.

Peggy went out of her way to provide the best information at all stages of the process. She has extensive knowledge of the local market as well as the surrounding areas. Peggy worked closely with us throughout the process and was able to help lower the stress whenever it threatened to overcome us. We couldn't have asked for more from her. We could never have gotten through the sale of our home as well without Peggy's professionalism and friendship.
