This was a very difficult property to assess and prepare to sell. Peggy was outstanding and provided me with all the proper guidance and assistance to present the property in the most effective way! Peggy was recommended to me by a close friend...she exceeded all expectations!

Peggy is all of the boxes above. Her depth of experience from the years in this business, her, relationships in the business, and her bedside manner gave us so much confidence. She knows this industry backwards and forwards and keeps up with the practices, conventions, and technology to stay in the forefront. I marvel at her ability to at once watch her cross-hairs land on the smallest detail for us to consider and then shift to a big-picture analysis. She has no off switch--she spent so much time holding our hands through the process I can't imagine she had any other clients. She is not bluffed by gimmicks or distractions. She straddles this point of being tough in negotiations, and patient with us beyond what would be expected. Peggy is not hasty; though there were moments when she approached us with a sense of urgency, but only in the name of a good and strategic outcome. Above all else, she has stamina (and again I'll mention her patience with us) in our sometimes zig-zag path. In the course of the hunt, she and I had a conversation in the driveway of one of the listings we walked through, and couldn't pin down just how/when we were introduced or how our paths coincided, but I give myself credit for a good judge of character to have picked up the phone and called her when we were ready for a property. She still texts me to check in well after the deal closed and we all went on our way. I wish her blessings and good fortune for the years to come, and she will remain on my speed dial as the first to call (or text!) when I need help.

Since we had moved out of town, she handled everything for us, inspections, gas and termite people, contractor for a few repairs and requesting a report from the EPA for us. I am very satisfied with her performance and if I was selling another house would definitely use her.
