My family and I were going through some changes and really had to sell our home as soon as possible . She was patient and understanding throughout the whole process and trust me it wasn't easy! Her and her staff were amazing with advertising and on top of scheduling all the appointments! I never felt she was only in it for the sale of the house where unfortunately other realtors we dealt with were. I would never use anyone but Peggy and her staff going forward!

I have purchased and sold several homes so far. I would have to say that Peggy Yanuzzelli was the easiest, very knowledgable, and the most professional realtor I have ever worked with. I would recommend Peggy Yanuzzelli if you are looking to sell your home. She will give you many tips on how to make your home most appealing to a large number of buyers. She will also see to it that once you have a buyer everything runs smoothly until you close.

Peggy helped my aunt sell a property which had some difficulties with it. I felt if Peggy could sell that property, she was a good choice as my realtor on my Mom's house. I had no idea on the selling of a house since I went from my Mom's home to my present home when I got married. This was 50 years ago. Any questions I had Peggy answered them for me, i.e., turning off utilities and stopping the house insurance, etc. I can't thank her enough. Peggy was there for me all the way.
