Seller reviewI met Peggy when selling my mom's property, and she was excellent in every aspect of the preparation, pricing, referrals for repairs needed, communication and being available and reachable every step of the way. Seller reviewPeggy Yanuzelli provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE with the sale of our parent's home in Fords,NJ. Many people say they give "outstanding service" but Peggy Yanuzelli is a great demonstration of outstanding service. I was somewhat skeptical of her pricing of the home. As the offers arrived, It made me really realize Peggy Yanuzelli knew the local market. The sale of our parent's home turned out to be quite difficult, Peggy Yanuzelli hung in there and continued to show the house . Peggy was extremely helpfull in cleaning out the contents of the home and especially with the removal of an underground oil tank. My sister and I live a thousand miles away, we had complete faith that Peggy would take care of all the details to eventually sell the home. We would strongly recommend using Peggy when involved in any real estate transactions. (a 10 out of 10!)
