Seller reviewOur initial contact with Peggy was based upon "exploratory" for the sale of our house based upon a realtor's input. Peggy had left a cold call for me on my cell. I saved the number and glad I did. After speaking with her on the phone and in person, we did not consider anyone else. She mapped things out clearly for us, and acted upon all strategies. She was consistently responsive and also helped us with contractor suggestions, etc. for work we needed done on the house; this was especially appreciated as our contract process occurred during the initial close of services due to COVID.
