Buyer reviewNever met with Penne prior to our first house showing. She never forced us into things she did not think we would like. Certain utilities were very important for us to have, and she looked up every house we found on Zillow to ensure they had our requirements. When we first met everything was super organized and originally we had sent her a list of 6 houses. She suggested we do not look at 2 of them and add 2 other ones. One house she suggested I really had no interest in, but it was the house we fell in love with and ended up buying. The listing just did not do it justice and without her intimate knowledge of the property it would not be ours. Just an excellent experience, would highly suggest her and her team to anyone.

Buyer reviewShelby, from start to finish was amazing in helping us attain our family goal. She listened to our needs ( we are a family of 5) she was compassionate in the personal areas of my life which were difficult during the time we were purchasing our home. She listened to what our needs were and was honest when she knew a property was not a fit for us but instead of just shooting us down, she showed us the property and told us why it was not a fit for us but also offered suggestions to a better home. I am over the moon with my house. it is everything and more that I wanted. My kids are very happy with their new home and all the space. Shelby was/is amazing. My highest recommendations go out to her.
