Thought we would be a perfect fit in finding our dream home in North Carolina .as it was nothing but amazing & professional . We closed on our home in ny 10/2 & purchased our dream home 10/7. We will be relocating . Penny was amazing in communication with us the whole step of the way . As we were not there for closing . She listened to all that was on our wish list ! Boy did she nail it !!She is compassionate & caring at what she does . Century 21 should be honored in having Penny Senor on this team representing this company . Needless to say I was emonional selling my home in Ny as it was where I grew up in & just lost my dad in Feb .94 yrs young . Not being in North Carolina I was anxious at times & Penny would reassure me that it will all work out ! As it did !!!! We can go on & on about Penny & her kind ways & professionalism!!!!
