Peter Hunt was professional and went above and beyond what I expected from a Realtor. He expedited the sales process and made it so simple. Peter spent hours raking leaves and trimming shrubs one day to increase the curb appeal of my home. He installed numbers on the mailbox post to make the address easier to locate. Peter assisted in moving various heavy personal items and volunteered his two sons to contribute as necessary. He was helpful and communicative throughout the sales process. Very straight forward and honest, I liked Peter's overall style. He was a good negotiator, and obtained several offers over list price in four days. Just prior to the last walk through, he helped clear the remaining items from the house. He was fast and efficient and made that walk through a success. Peter is a credit to Century 21, and the real estate industry in general. Whether a buyer or seller, I would highly recommend this Agent. Peter had super people skills, and was always omnipresent. In fact, I coined a term for him, and often referred to him as, "Drone Man" as he was so aligned with my every movement. I am admittedly an "Odd Duck" and Peter took my personality in stride. Peter was communicating constantly with me, sometimes well before office hours (we are both early risers) and on his day off. Truly felt he was earning his commission, rather than only collecting a commission.
