We randomly got assigned Mr. Peter Hunt for us from realtor.com. However, we couldn't have been luckier or happier about this. Peter is a very competent realtor. In addition, he is also very friendly and insightful about the housing market right from day one. Our house-buying experience with Peter has been exceptionally positive and each and every process- right from house-viewing to making offers, and finally closing on the house of our choice- was very smooth and enjoyable because of him, his advice and help. Peter was exceptionally patient when our house hunt didn't yield any favorable result for over 6 months. Even in this unusually difficult time for home-buyers, we were able to secure a house we liked under asking price because of his help and guidance.
