I also make sure the public knows your home is for sale by using innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers. As a buyer's Agent, I work with many families in the Philadelphia market area to help them with the most important financial decision of their life, the search of their ideal home.
I was born in Vietnam and came to the United States with my family when I was 7 years old. In addition to the Vietnamese language, I learned three Chinese dialects, Chiu Chow, Cantonese and Mandarin. I graduated from Central High School in 2001 and Drexel University in 2005 with a Management Information System degree. I started my real estate career in March, 2008 and since then have achieved multiple awards for service and sales achievement. We have a newborn baby girl that my families love dearly and makes coming home after a long day very enjoyable. I am a big foodie and love to try out new restaurants and bakeries from all over the world.

He is very client focused and keen on the detail requirements of what is it that his client wants and needs in order to search, show, and to settle on a house that they can call home. Phong is a man of many hats. He is a real estate agent, IT Helpdesk, and a family man. All of which he take great pride in fulfilling each and every role. Phong is very responsible and excellent at multi-tasking. In fact, he wore all three hats at the same time while on vacation with his family and making sure they hit every attraction while coming back to the hotel and working up until 2AM to make sure we settle on the property on-time. What more can I expect from a agent who is knowledagable, ambitious, responsive, hardworking and responsible? Buyer reviewPhong was amazing. Even though my house was not even $50K, he was still treating me like his million dollar customer. He is quick to answer and is always on top of everything. When I told him about a house I was interested in, he was to work with my schedule and got me to view it within that week. When I wanted to put in the offer, he sent me the paperwork that same night! Talk about turn around time. Through out the whole process, he explained in details what each documents mean. When my bid was rejected for the first house, he wisely reached out the seller agent to see why our offer wasn't accepted. The agent told us the reason, which led us to win the bid for the second house! Now I am a happy homeowner! Thank you Phong! I had worked with another agent before, but wasn't on top of things like Phong is. Sometimes she said she would call me and she never would. Phong is different. He is always quick to reply and never call during working hours. He listened and made the whole process super easy. Definitely going to recommend him to everyone I know.
