I also make sure the public knows your home is for sale by using innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers. As a buyer's Agent, I work with many families in the Philadelphia market area to help them with the most important financial decision of their life, the search of their ideal home.
I was born in Vietnam and came to the United States with my family when I was 7 years old. In addition to the Vietnamese language, I learned three Chinese dialects, Chiu Chow, Cantonese and Mandarin. I graduated from Central High School in 2001 and Drexel University in 2005 with a Management Information System degree. I started my real estate career in March, 2008 and since then have achieved multiple awards for service and sales achievement. We have a newborn baby girl that my families love dearly and makes coming home after a long day very enjoyable. I am a big foodie and love to try out new restaurants and bakeries from all over the world.

Buyer reviewI have an excellent team that I am so thankful for. This must be the dozens transaction I have done with Phong and each time it has its own obstacle that we must overcome. With Phong on my team, I have confident that whatever come, we will handle it effectively and swiftly. How many agent that you know, can juggle a sale and purchase for a client in a single-day? Not many can say they have accomplish such an achievement, but Phong did exactly that for me today. Today, we completed a closing for a house which Phong had listed for me and we will again meet at the settlement table to seal the deal on a purchase of a duplex which I will be adding to my investment portfolio. It is amazing what we can accomplish together as a team and with today's technology. Phong was able to help seal the deal on the duplex in less than 24 hours from it being listed while traveling through desert's dead-zones and using his car 3G hotspot, 3,000 miles away. I submitted my offer from CT to Phong, who was in CA for a deal in PA and my wife was the glue that brought everything together, making sure the deposit was drop off within the requested time-window. It is amazing when you have a truth-worthy team that you know will run for you during anytime of notice and stay in constant communication through the whole process so that you won't miss any detail. Phong is an extraordinary agent that I am so glad to have in my circle as a business partner, a friend and advisor. He is family to me.
