Phong Lam was referred over to us a few months ago by one of our good friends who had used Phong for many of his transactions before. Our friends told us if we wanted to sell quickly and if we want an agent who will work to our best interest in mind, they told us that Phong can get the job done. After our first encounter with Phong, we knew exactly what our friends were talking about! We wished we would have known Phong sooner! Phong returned our phone calls as soon as he was able to, unlike another agent that we had used before. We called multiple times to one of our previous agents before Phong and then we'll get a call back after 3 days later with that agent. It's unbelievable! Phong never left us hanging. He's always staying on top of his game and always provide us with updates throughout our entire transaction. Whatever Phong did with his negotiation, he was able to drive both of our properties with over-asking offers for them! We got both properties under-contract in under 3 days of being on the market! That is just unbelievable!!!! Our 1st primary property sold a couple of months ago and now is our 2nd property that he sold as well for TOP DOLLARS!
