It was Phyllis' knowledge of the community and interested potential buyers that drew us to her. We wanted a quick sale with a closing date months out. She was able to get us there. She knew just how to do that with a family who will be very happy in this house and on this block. Despite the onset of the pandemic, with many unknowns needing to be factored into real estate transactions, she advised us well and completed a successful sale.
