He quickly figured out what we liked and introduced us to properties that fit our needs and wants. Pierre's work ethic and integrity are amazing. Pierre is the best. Seller reviewPierre is a hard worker and takes care of all the details to make the transaction as easy and troublefree as possible. He is also extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. This was a unique and somewhat difficult to sell property. The realtor continued to work and found an interested party for us even after we had decided to take it off the market. This will be the 5th property we have bought or sold using PJ--with another currently under contract.

We were new to purchasing property in Florida and the different nuances - so a little worried about that. I have NEVER dealt with a realtor with such amazing follow up and guidance when looking at/analyzing properties to getting the property under contract and all the way through (and beyond closing)! He has such strong local knowledge, so he could really give us all the data we needed to make the best decision for our property purchase.
