If there was some odd question we would ask, he would find the answer quickly and completely and would then anticipate our next questions and have the answers. He understood exactly what we were looking for and honed our search down to the point that our limited time available for this property search was well spent. Pierre was able to expedite this entire process and make the closing happen. For example, when the survey re-certification was not going to be done in time for the closing, he suggested a surveyor for a new survey which was done in the needed timeframe and for less cost than having the original survey re-certified.
