Buyer reviewRachel Adriano is a Agent with very good experience and knowledge on real estate professions, she has very good communications and response with her clients, even though she is a very busy agent all the time, but it was understood that because she is a top producer. But she always response to me on time and capable to handle everything perfectly with my satisfaction. And she closed my real estate purchase very smoothly on time. Seller reviewRachel was determined to become our listing agent for our condo in Las Vegas. I interviewed other realtor agents in the area, but Rachel impressed me with her persistence, attentiveness and immediate response to my request for information. I found Rachel very professional, hard worker, reliable and always follow through. Despite her busy schedule with other listings she was always responsive. As soon as we signed a listing agreement, Rachel submitted our property in MLS immediately. An offer was submitted to Rachel next day. We closed within two weeks after day of offer acceptance. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a motivated real estate agent who really knows the Las Vegas area, and wants to sell their home quickly.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, we did not know much of the process. Rachel made the entire experience very easy. During the final days of escrow, a conflict arose between our party and their title holders. Rachel kept us in the loop of everything and made everything stress free. While Rachel was our real estate agent, we actually had our first child. Rachel was very understanding and allowed us to take some time off from the home search to get things sorted. As soon as we were ready, she was there and very open to answering questions and working around our schedule. If you want a real estate agent who makes the home buying process easy, Rachel is definitely highly recommended. Be very careful however, you will most likely create a lifelong friend in Rachel!
