Rachel Rose Danzi is simply incredible. She has been there throughout the whole process. She is still helping us. It didn't end in the closing. She knows we live far so she has even been there to help us have professionals come in to see the property so we could get quotes on work we would like to have done in the house. She even watered our lawn and took out our recycling... I really feel blessed to have met her and I truly feel like I have a good friend in her! My parents, my family, and my sister's family all decided to purchase a vacation Winter getaway property in Florida, as we live in Wisconsin. One of our friends, who was a local real estate agent in Wisconsin, worked with Rachel Rose Danzi in the past and highly recommended her. I reached out to Rachel regarding properties in the Fort Myers area, and quickly decided that Fort Myers was an area of Interest in our quest to find our Dream Home in Florida. Rachel, who is from the area, was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and quickly sent us homes within our search parameter. We eventually took a trip down to Florida and to our surprise, many of the properties had sold very quickly. Other properties, although very nice, we're not exactly what we were looking for. Rachel recommended that we look in the Whiskey Creek Tanglewood neighborhoods. Upon seeing that area we immediately fell in love with the neighborhood. Rachel, last minute, was able to get us a showing of the home which we immediately fell in love with. Despite the home having three offers, our offer was selected and we successfully purchased our Dream Home. Rachel guided us through the whole process, up to the time we closed, and beyond helping us with every aspect of the purchase and everything that came along with that. For my family to all agree on a property was no small task. Rachel was one of the kindest, most hard-working professionals we have ever dealt with.
