Rachel made our dream of owning a piece of paradise a reality and we cannot thank her enough. Okay, I am sure you are reading this review and wondering what makes Rachel so special and why should I believe the person writing this review? After all, it is just their opinion and I am sure that other realtors are just as good and do the same thing. That is where you would be wrong. Rachel is not like other realtors. I have worked with many realtors before. I own other property and a business and from my experience, realtors are just out there for the commission and rarely have the best intensions of their clients in mind. Rachel is not like that. Rachel is truly passionate about what she does. Her form of commission is helping people to achieve their dream. Let me explain, we were introduced to Rachel through my Aunt and Uncle who worked with Rachel. They told me of a situation where they made an offer on a house. As they were discussing the house Rachel overheard them talking about all the many renovations they were planning to do. Rachel said, "Wait a minute, rather than make all these changes, why don't we find you a home that meets all of your needs?". Rachel showed them another house that was perfect. Other realtors would have just said, we already have an accepted offer and wouldn't have cared if that home was not perfect for their client. Look, I am not wealthy client. I was not a cash buyer and I only had a set budget for a home. And due to the COVID pandemic, South Florida has become a real seller's market. There were times that I thought that my family would not be able to find or even afford our dream home. Rachel always assured me that the perfect home will come. When we saw our dream house, we called Rachel immediately late that evening very excited yet anxious. We have made offers in the past only to be disappointed to hear that another offer was accepted which was all cash and above asking price. When we spoke to Rachel and told her that we found the perfect one, she coached us on what the offer should be and she confidently said she can get the seller to agree to that offer. A few minutes later, Rachel called and said the words we were waiting to hear. "I have good news, the seller accepted your offer!". What makes this even more amazing is that the house was only on the market for 3 hours and Rachel was able to get the seller to agree and sign the offer contract that same evening. We later came to find out that there were multiple back up offers that the seller received above the asking price with significantly better terms but all that didn't matter because Rachel was able to get us into contract within hours. You would think that Rachel's job ended there. No, there's more. As with all closings, there are always delays and challenges that arise. Rachel worked directly with my lender and the title company to coordinate all activities for the closing to ensure that all parties meet their timelines and remain on schedule. She guided us through the whole process. When the day of the closing came and all paperwork was signed, we found out that the electricity had been turned off in the house. This prevented the furniture deliveries, which was already there, since the only access to the house at the time was through an automatic garage door. Rachel sprang into action! She turned what would have otherwise been a stressful situation for my family into a memorable one. She immediately took charge of the situation and called the utility company personally to get the electricity turned back on and when we were told that it would take a few hours to turn it back on, Rachel had a plan B! Rachel has lots of contacts so she called a locksmith who she works with and he was at the house in minutes. And if that wasn't enough, she paid for the cost of the locksmith to put new locks on the entire house

Really enjoyed working with Century 21. At my age was a little nervous selling property of this value and not sure what to expect. Rachel did a wonderful job helping me all the way to the end and being patient with me. She a wonderful agent.
