Working with Rachel was an absolute pleasure. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the market, but she was willing to go above and beyond to take care of everything. When I say everything, I mean everything. Our buying experience was full of set backs with the first seller and she was willing to align vendors, insurance company, surveyors etc to make sure our interests were taken care of fully. That is invaluable especially if you are an out of state buyer like we were. I would and will recommend Rachel to anyone interested in property in the Fort Myers area. Working with Rachel is more like working with a friend than a broker.
