She made me feel like I was the only client she was working for. She showed tremendous skill in making my purchase extremely easy and a closing within two weeks! She is very likeable and skilled and puts in the extra effort to make you feel comfortable with the entire process. She even went over to the condo at 10:30 at night to verify there was a washer and dryer on the premises - above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Rachel is not only one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, but she's a bulldog when it comes to getting things done, gathering information that is needed, questions that need to be answered, and she's very knowledgeable about the area market and the purchase process in general. She consistently has gone above and beyond for us not only for things we've asked for, but even for things we didn't think of. We won't use anyone else but Rachel for any future RE needs we have in SWFL.
