Racheal and the Century 21 Legacy team were the bright spot in this difficult task. Racheal in particular provided support and insight which gave us the strength and endurance when dealing with a difficult seller and a difficult lender. Racheal is by far the best Real Estate agent I have ever dealt with, and after spending 28 years in the military traveling all over I have dealt with more than my share. She started out as a very capable and knowledgeable agent and ended up as a true friend and trusted advisor. I have already recommended her and Century 21 Legacy group to others at my work and I will continue to do so for anyone that needs the help.

Myself and my wife decided to relocate to Tennessee from North Carolina. In our decision, we began to search out for the ideal agent that could meet our needs. After speaking with multiple agents and doing thorough research, we decided to go with Rachel Lyons. Our first interaction with her was extremely comforting and brought forth a much needed relief. Purchasing a home out of state has its' own anxieties, however, working with Rachel alleviated any anxieties we may have had. Being out of state restricted our ability to do walk throughs whenever we wanted, or to be as flexible as sellers many times would like. Rachel went out of her way to construct a list of homes that would meet our wants/needs. Additionally, she took the time on the weekends (the only time we could view homes) to take us to see each and every home we desired to see. Furthermore, when we could not be in the state she would do video walk throughs of the homes for us over facetime. As awkward as it sounds, she made the experience as if we were in the homes ourselves. In the end, we found and purchased the home of our dreams. This was made possible because of Rachel's dedication. We found a home that was everything we wanted, but, the price was substantially higher than our price range. Through her research, Rachel informed us that she believed we could get the price within our range. We were very hesitate because we did not want to "get our hopes up", but we put trust in Rachel. Ultimately, she kept her promise and negotiated the price significantly lower than the asking price and within our range. The only reason we were able to get the home of our dreams was because of her knowledge and optimism. Lastly, during the entire process of inspections, negotiations, and closing, Rachel continued to stay professional and dedicated to us. Even while on vacation, she maintained contact with us and stayed true to her duties as our agent. I would highly recommend Rachel Lyons to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. If I sell or purchase another home in the area, there will be no question of who my agent will be.

Rachel was wonderful! Not only was she punctual but very accommodating to all of our qestions while selling our home.
