This is the 3rd property we have used Rachel Nieman on. We plan to use her for many more in the future. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area we wanted to be in (Hamilton/ Lindenwald). When we were first looking the MLS was down. She went above and beyond to connect with other realtors to find us our home. During the process of the sale she helped connect us with the an amazing mortgage broker. Rachel kept up with us during the time of underwriting to make sure that we knew what was happening during this process and to make sure we were recieving all the information we needed from our mortgage broker. Rachel was there every step of the purchasing process to make sure we knew what was going on.

Rachel is a excellent agent. She is a go getter and worked very hard for us. She knows the area and understands the real estate market. I had total faith in her ability and felt she was doing her very best for us. Our goal was to let the process stress us out and Rachel helped with that goal. I knew from the very moment I met Rachel at an open house that she would be the realtor for my husband and I.
